BREAKING: Mueller's report has now been handed to the Justice Department for Attorney General Bill Barr’s review. Congress has been notified of the transfer, a Justice Department spokeswoman just announced.
We will not activate because Mueller's findings have been handed over to AG Barr. However, if Barr/Trump hides the report from the public, we will take the streets again to demand that they #makeitpublic & #releasethereport.
Nobody is above the law. When Trump appointed Matthew Whitaker as acting attorney general—in a blatant attempt to undermine special counsel Robert Mueller and derail the investigation—Trump crossed a red line. This coalition responded by launching over 500 protests nationwide, attended by over 100,000 people.
We stand ready to march again.
If Trump crosses one of the following “red lines,” we will take to the streets again:
- Firing Mueller.
- Pardons of key witnesses.
- Actions that would prevent the investigation from being conducted freely, such as replacing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Mueller’s current supervisor, or repealing the regulations establishing the office.
- The Mueller investigation releases findings showing significant wrongdoing by Donald Trump. Or Congress or the administration blocks the public from seeing Mueller's findings.
Find an event near you and sign up to be notified of the next major protest. Join us to defend the rule of law, because nobody is above the law—not even the president.
Note: A core principle shared by supporting organizations is a commitment to nonviolent, peaceful actions. All actions that are sponsored or organized on this page are intended to be nonviolent and peaceful. We expect all participants to act lawfully at all times and to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those that disagree with our values.
